If you are interested in bartering for Exhibit Space at the 2012 NAB Show®, please contact Laura Riggs. All exhibiting media partners must submit an Exhibit Space Contract.

Important Note: Media Partners bartering for Exhibit Space on the Show Floor are required to staff their booth at all times during the show.

As part of the Exhibit Space Barter, NAB Show includes an allotment for Complimentary Furnishings for use in the space. Complimentary Furnishings must be ordered using the official Complimentary Furnishing Order Form.

Review the NAB Show Floor Plan to see available Exhibit Space and Floor Layout. Available Exhibit Space is shown in blue.

Once you have completed and submitted your Exhibit Space Contract and Complimentary Furnishing Order Form, please visit the Exhibitor / Sponsor Portal to register your booth staff, review the Exhibitor Manual, submit your Directory Listing and utilize other Exhibitor Services.
