Pre-Show Elements

Media Partners are asked to submit all of the following for each participating media brand for use by the NAB Show® Media Partner Program:

  • Standard Web Banner 468 x 60
  • Button Ad 160 x 160
  • Logo (approximately 75 x 75)
  • 25-word description and text link

Accepted file formats: .swf, .gif, .jpg (Note: Rich media / Flash ads are only used for web placements. Email ads must be .jpg or .gif)

Onsite Structures

NAB Show offers media partners several options for onsite structures with customizable art panels as part of enhanced barter agreements.


To ensure the aesthetic environment of the NAB Show lobby areas, Media Partners receiving these elements as part of their barter must provide designed artwork, not just logos for placement. NAB Show retains the right to review and reject all artwork submitted for these elements.

Important: If your final art files total over 100 MB in size, please burn them to a CD/DVD and rush them to:
