Standard Level participation as an NAB Show® Media Partner includes:

  • Featured Media Partner Listing on NAB Show Web site with logo, 25-word description and link in exchange for an event calendar listing of NAB Show with logo and link or a 125 x 125 button. ($1,500 value)
  • Exchange of 468 x 60 Web banner ad with link. ($5,000 value)
  • One onsite print publication distribution point in exchange for placement of two (2) full page print ads for NAB Show. Does not include upgraded publication bins. ($5,575 value)
  • One Media Partner spotlight ad in one NAB Show eNewsletter to 200K in exchange for placement of electronic ad in Partner eNewsletter distributed to (a total of) 200K. ($6,000 value)
    • Note: Spotlight ads may be either 160 x 160 or 25-word description with logo and link depending on availability of space.
  • Placement of 160 x 600 Web banner ad ROS for one (1) month on www.nabshow.com in exchange for one (1) full page ad inserted in digital publication.

Media Partner Listing

Don't under-estimate the value of an NAB Show Media Partner Listing!

All Media Partners are listed in the Media Partner Directory on the NAB Show Web site, with the name of each participating media brand presented as a web link to the brand's homepage. Media Partners are also listed in the NAB Show Program and Exhibit Guide distributed onsite.

Featured Listings include a web link, 25-word description and logo. Featured listings are included in Standard Level Participation unless otherwise requested by the Media Partner. Media Partners may elect to feature individual media brands or their publishing company in a featured listing. Each featured listing is bartered at a value of $1,500.

Publishing Company Names will be added to the standard listing by special request if your organization has two or more media brands participating as Media Partners.

Important Note: Each participating media brand receives a unique listing. Be sure that all of your publications are included in the listing.

Banner Advertising on the NAB Show Web site

468 x 60 banners on the NAB Show Web site are always offered in exchange for 468 x 60 Web banner advertising on editorial pages of partner Web sites.

The NAB Show Web site is the #1 source of information for NAB Show preparation and therefore the ideal space to promote your publication, highlight subscription drives and promote special features.

All Media Partners receive a 468 x 60 web banner ad with link on the NAB Show Web site for each participating media brand as part of Standard Level Participation. Ads are placed run of site on the lower section of web pages and are posted within 5 days of receipt and remain live for at least one month past show dates. Creative may appear in rotation with other advertisers.

Onsite Publication Distribution at NAB Show

Distribution of publications onsite at NAB Show is a valuable way to build brand awareness among both subscriber and advertising targets – aligning your media brand with the largest community of content professionals worldwide.

NAB Show only offers onsite distribution of regularly printed publications to media partners based on exchange of print advertising insertions in the publication to be distributed. Onsite distribution is a benefit reserved for media brands participating in the Media Partner Program. This opportunity is not sold as a sponsorship.

NAB Show makes this a turnkey opportunity... we recognize the increasing costs to print and ship additional copies for onsite distribution, and that is why we work to make it as easy and valuable as possible. All partners need to do is ship materials to NAB Show as instructed and we do the rest to ensure that your publications are available throughout the show.

NAB Show requests a minimum of 1,500 issues per bin to ensure adequate inventory to stock each bin throughout the duration of the Show. Two distribution locations are available:

  • Central Hall, Grand Lobby
  • South Hall, Upstairs near escalators

NAB Show eNewsletter

Media Partners featured in NAB Show® eNewsletters receive either a spotlight position to include their logo with a link and a 25-word description or a 160 x 160 button depending on available space (we ask that you upload all elements listed in advance). The eNewsletter is distributed to over 200,000 industry professionals [a 100% opt-in list] in the months leading up to the event. Sample placements are available here.
