Communicating with current or past NAB Show Attendees can be an excellent way to increase your booth traffic from year to year. In addition to contacting your previous leads you may consider renting a previous year's Attendee List or the current Attendee List to increase your outreach prior to the show. Only Exhibitors and Sponsors may rent a one-time use of the Attendee List.

Email Policy

In accordance with NAB Show privacy policy, Emails, Phone Numbers and Fax Numbers are not provided with rentals of the NAB Show Attendee List — the list is for physical mailings only (i.e. postcards or brochures).

Exhibitors wishing to contact current attendees via email may choose to:

• Purchase an outreach package via myNAB Show
• Purchase a show promotional email

These packages allow Exhibitors to target Attendees by primary business and/or job description. Emails and/or appointment requests may then be sent through myNAB Show to the Attendee. At that time it is the Attendee's choice to respond or accept/decline the appointment.

Terms and Conditions

Exhibitors and Sponsors renting the Attendee Mailing List must agree to the NAB Show's terms and conditions (available in the ordering process) and the list(s) will be sent to a bonded third party mail house of the exhibitors choosing.
