Badge Mailing Deadlines and Distribution
March 9 - International Exhibitors must register by this date to have badges shipped. NAB Show® will not mail badges internationally unless a UPS or FedEx account number is provided.
March 16 - Domestic Exhibitors must register by this date to receive badges by mail.
Badges for Manufacturer Reps will not be mailed and must be picked up on site.
Exhibitors who are pre-registered have the following options for obtaining their badges:
- U.S. Mail, FedEx or UPS
- Individual on site pick up
- On site group pick up
Exhibitor Registration Policies & Allotments
Only employees of exhibiting companies and their spouses may register as Exhibitors. VIP Passes are not intended for booth personnel registration.
Valid photo ID and business card required for on site badge pick up and on site registration.
Badge Allotment
- Exhibiting companies receive eight complimentary Exhibitor registrations for every 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space.
- There will be a $25 fee per badge over the allotted quota for additional personnel.

Company Name on Badge
- The company name that appears on the Exhibitor Contract will be the company name that appears on every badge.
- If you need to change your company name please contact the NAB Show Exhibit Services via email.
Session Passes (Conference Session Access)
- Session Passes are interchangeable amongst booth personnel.
- A Session Pass must be presented along with an Exhibitor Badge in order to gain access to a session.
- Session Passes allow access to all Conference Flex Pass Offerings. Post|Production World sessions and P|PW Certification Prep Classes and Exams are not included.
- Passes will be available for pickup on site only at Exhibitor Registration and are distributed to one representative from your company.
- All exhibiting companies, except sub-leasors, receive Session Passes based on the following scale.

Badges
- Wristbands are available on site for Exhibitors and EACs to wear during move-in and move-out.
- During show days, only your Exhibitor Badge will get you access to the Exhibit Hall.
- Registrations for Exhibitor booth personnel, including Manufacturer Reps, will automatically be cancelled for any Exhibitor who cancels their contracted booth space.
- No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the Exhibit Halls or Sessions.
Manufacturer Rep Registration Policies
All booth personnel who do not work directly for the exhibiting company must be registered as Manufacturer Reps and with their own company name. Do not register them as Exhibitors.
Exhibit Hall Access Rules for Manufacturer Reps
- On Show days only, reps have access to the Show Floor one hour before the Show opens, one hour after the Show closes, and during Show hours.
- For training purposes, reps are allowed in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, April 15, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Reps are not allowed on the Show Floor during move-in and move-out times.
- Reps needing access during set-up times must register as EACs in addition to their Manufacturer Rep registration.
