Exhibit Management Office

The office is located in Central Hall, Room C102, on the west wall of the Hall near the C1 entrance. This room is accessible without going through the Exhibit Hall. The office is open:

Please report any situations, issues, concerns or problems to the Exhibit Management Office as quickly as possible after the transgression occurs. If you have a labor issue, please do not voice complaints directly to the workers and report the problem to Show Management immediately. Please write down the name of the person with whom you are dealing with, the date, time and location of the issue.

Service Desk

NAB Show® official contractors will staff service desks to assist Exhibitors on site. The desks will be located in the following halls: N3, Central Hall Tunnel (C3), South Hall 2 and South Hall 3. The desks will be open April 9 – 20.

First Aid

The First Aid Station is located in the Grand Lobby of the LVCC (near door 1), and can be reached at (702) 892-7400. The First Aid Station will be open move-in through move-out.

Floor Managers

Each hall has at least one NAB Show Floor Manager dedicated to assisting Exhibitors throughout the Show. In addition to the Floor Managers, Freeman offers a Concierge Service which includes Freeman staff per hall to assist exhibitors with their orders, tracking freight, etc. Both the floor managers and the concierge staff have mobile units enabling Exhibitors to place orders, request service or check on the status of orders without leaving the booth.

Food Service

Banners Restaurant and Starbucks in the Grand Lobby along with the International Food Market and Starbucks in the South Halls will be available in the LVCC during limited move-in and move-out days and hours. In addition to these restaurants, ARAMARK, the exclusive food and beverage provider at the Las Vegas Convention Center, offers a new service delivery option "Food2u" where Exhibitors can order quick small quantity lunches to be delivered during the last two move-in days between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. For parties of 10 or more, ARAMARK provides catered meals to both Exhibit and Meeting Room spaces. Literature Storage

Upon request and order, Freeman will provide accessible storage for literature, from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Show days. Please contact the Freeman Service Desk or your Freeman concierge on site if storage is required.

Transportation to the Convention

Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service will be provided to and from the LVCC and official NAB Show hotels. Service to the LVCC will begin on Monday, April 16 at 7:30 a.m. Complete schedule information will be posted in the LVCC, hotel lobbies and the NAB Show Program and Exhibit Guide. The shuttle buses will drop-off and pick-up at the Silver Lot on the west side of Central Hall, the east side of Central Hall and the South East side of South Lower Hall.

Exhibitor Preferred Parking

There will be a limited number of parking spaces available in the Silver Lot. Exhibitors have the option to purchase a five-day parking pass from Transportation Management Services (TMS), NAB Show's preferred transportation company. This parking pass includes in and out privileges and is valid Sunday, April 15 – Thursday, April 19. Click here to order now.

Exhibitor Shuttle Parking

Exhibitors may arrange for VIP shuttles or buses to transport staff or clients to/from the LVCC. TMS provides motor coach and/or sedan transfers. There is a limited amount of shuttle parking space available at the LVCC, therefore, all other shuttle companies must coordinate parking arrangements with TMS.
