Meeting Room Logistics
All NAB Show® Meeting Room terms and conditions outlined in the 2012 NAB Show contract, email communications and Meeting Room guidelines apply to the use of any meeting room(s) including Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) Meeting Rooms.
Meeting Rooms
There are three available classifications of Meeting Rooms; LVCC Meeting Rooms, Daily LVCC Meeting Rooms and On-Floor Meeting Rooms. Please review the options for each below. There are also hourly rentals available in the Diamond One Rooms only, located in the upper North Hall of the LVCC.
LVCC Meeting Rooms
Meeting Room keys will be available Tuesday, April 10 and can be picked up at the NAB Staff Office in C102.
Please be sure to review these documents and return the applicable Meeting Room Diagram and Set-Up Request Form by March 16, 2012.
Companies are required to submit a proposed layout of their meeting using a Meeting Room Diagram. Please use the applicable provided Meeting Room Diagram to submit your layout. This can be hand drawn, and must be emailed to Brandy Chisnall by March 16, 2012. Although you may not require equipment etc. from the LVCC, the Set-Up Request Form must be included in your submission.
Daily LVCC Meeting Rooms
Daily Meeting Rooms will be available to your group at 8 a.m. on the day of your rental. No keys will be issued for daily room rentals.

On-Floor Meeting Rooms
On-floor meeting rooms consist of 10' high gray sound walls. Please review your Meeting Room Contract for specifics on wall height and furniture package. All additional services should be ordered through the appropriate contractor using the applicable form.
No hanging or external signs are permitted.
On-floor Meeting Rooms are equipped with keypad lockable doors. Instructions to enter your Meeting Room are located on the doors of each Room. Rooms will be available beginning Thursday, April 12 at 8 a.m. and your key code will be available at your nearest Freeman concierge kiosk.
Exhibit Tips
Clearly mark shipping labels (advanced or direct-to-site, available in the Exhibitor Service Kit) with the Meeting Room number so items are not delivered to your booth. (Ex. SL1212-MR)
All freight sent to the Freeman warehouse will be delivered to LVCC Meeting Rooms by Tuesday, April 10 at 8:00 a.m. or to on-floor Rooms by Thursday, April 12 at 8:00 a.m. If you have a LVCC Meeting Room and have shipped direct-to-show site, please contact your Concierge upon arrival and we will schedule delivery of your freight. Concierge contact information will be available in the Show Office, C102.
Pack extension cords and surge protectors.
Services offered for Exhibits are also applicable to your Meeting Room(s). For peace of mind, hire additional security for your Meeting Room or brighten up your Meeting Room with fresh flowers. All forms for these services can be located in the Additional Services section of the Exhibitor Service Kit.
