What you will need to bring to your Space Selection Appointment

• Your top choices for Booth Space. Review the 2013 Floor Plans and Target Move-In Dates before your selection.
• Your 2013 Pre-Populated Exhibitor Contract which can be found in the 2013 Space Selection Portal. Your company Passcode for your NAB Show account gives you access to the portal. Please review all contact information before your Space Selection date/time and bring it with you.
• A 2013 Space Assignment Proxy Form (if applicable). If you are unable to attend your Space Selection Appointment, bring your proxy form to LVCC S229 prior to your appointment time. Or email it to exhibit@nab.org before April 10, 2012.

Currently no construction projects are planned for the Las Vegas Convention Center during the dates of the 2013 NAB Show.

Schedule & Deadlines

March	Updated 2013 NAB Show Floor Plan available for review.
	Onsite Space Selection appointment date, appointment time, pre-populated contract, proxy instructions, and additional instructions emailed to all point holders.
April 16 – 19	Onsite Space Selection at the 2012 NAB Show. Room S229/230.
