Win a Kindle Fire

Register by February 29th for a SMART Pass and be eligible to win one of five Kindle Fires. Winners will be chosen at random and notified via email in March, 2012. Winners must pick up their Kindle Fire at NAB Show, April 14 – 19, 2012. Details on location pickup will be included in winning notification communication.

GIVEAWAY RULES

1. HOW TO ENTER. No purchase necessary. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Enter by registering for an NAB Show SMART Pass. One entry per person. NAB Show is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible or misdirected entries.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS. To be eligible to win a prize, participants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license. Employees and vendors of NAB, NAB Show and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the prize.
3. ENTRY DEADLINE. All entries must be completed by February 29, 2012. No entries will be accepted after this time.
4. PRIZES. There shall be five winners of a Kindle Fire. No prize substitution will be permitted. All prizes are in "as is" condition with no guaranty or warranty.
5. MEANS OF SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected by random drawing and contacted by a NAB Show representative. In the event a winner is ineligible or unavailable to claim prize as determined by the NAB Show, another winner will be selected from the same entry pool until a winner is found.
6. RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNERS. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and information for promotional purposes without further compensation. Taxes, any other related costs, and taking immediate custody prize is the sole responsibility of winner.
7. AMENDING RULES. NAB Show reserves the right to amend the foregoing to facilitate this Giveaway.
