Thank you for your interest in leading an official Delegation at the NAB Show®. Please fill out the form below and a representative from the NAB Show will contact you.

As a Delegation Leader, you will be assigned a unique registration Delegation ID Code. This Code ensures that your delegates receive discounted rates when registering and allows you to monitor the registration activity of your group. Note: the Delegation Leader Enrollment Form is NOT a Registration Form.

U.S. Embassy/Consulate Delegation Leader Housing Information

NAB Show provides housing (5 night maximum) for U.S. Embassy/Consulate personnel service as Delegation Leaders bringing 15 or more people. If you qualify, please provide your hotel preference as well as arrival and departure dates. We will do our best to accommodate your request.  However, please be advised that sometimes this is not possible.
