You must be a radio or TV station (based outside the United States) to be eligible for International Membership. If you are not a station, you may apply for NAB Associate Membership.
Membership Types
International Broadcaster Membership is available to all non-U.S. broadcast TV or radio stations. more
International Corporate Membership is available to non-U.S. TV or radio channels, networks or groups or a satellite or cable providers. A channel or network is defined as a broadcast organization that provides multiple transmission of programming for at least 140 hours per week to 10 or more broadcast sites. A broadcast group is defined as a broadcast organization with ownership of 2 or more stations. more
