We are pleased to have selected the Encore Las Vegas as the Official NAB Show Headquarter Hotel.
PLEASE NOTE: NAB has received several reports that wholesalers have been contacting exhibitors and attendees to book their Las Vegas hotel reservations. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. NAB and the official Housing Office can only assist guests prior to and on site that have booked rooms within the official NAB Show room blocks; those who opt for alternatives may find themselves at risk.
Rooms should be reserved and confirmed with the official NAB Housing Office to ensure that your reservations are guaranteed at the hotel you choose and that you receive the discounted group rates negotiated by NAB.
Lowest Hotel Rate Guarantee Program
Rates are 20% lower than 2009!* Book your hotel via the NAB Show Housing Site for guaranteed lowest hotel rates during the NAB Show dates at participating hotels. If the hotel lowers their rates or lower rates are found, NAB rates will AUTOMATICALLY be lowered and new confirmations generated.
*Published rates are defined as rates available on the hotel web sites over the same arrival/departure pattern. Rates are based on the average reduction of participating hotels.
Complimentary shuttle bus service to/from the LVCC will only be provided to guests booked within the official NAB Show Housing block.
