Logos and Banner Ads
Use the official NAB Show logos and banner ads on your print and online marketing materials to promote your exhibit. Adding a show logo can help your customers find you while at the event or planning their trip.
Exhibits Passports
Save time and money by creating Exhibits Passports to send to your customers and prospects, allowing for FREE access to the entire show floor. Your invited guests can register now on our Web site by entering your passport code (assigned by NAB) on the online Exhibits Passport registration form. Exhibits Passport codes have been emailed to the contact on file. Click here to have your code re-sent.
Exhibitor Email Invites
New this year, we are offering exhibitors a great opportunity: a free customized email campaign! This campaign allows you to send up to four emails to an unlimited number of your customers and prospects, offering them a free Exhibits Passport registration and a friendly reminder to stop by your booth during the NAB Show.

News Conferences
All news conferences are held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Room N242, unless otherwise noted. Exhibitors interested in reserving the room should complete the News Conference Scheduling Form.
