January 11, 2008- Space Selection Surveys were due to NAB
March 12-14, 2008 - The 2009 NAB Show Space Selection Schedule
will be communicated to all NAB priority point holders.
Details on your company’s specific time will be communicated
to the contact listed on the space selection survey.
- March 24-28, 2008 - Space Selection will take place based
on priority point order, pre 2008 NAB Show via telephone
to the first 500 companies and onsite at the 2008 NAB Show
for remaining companies.
2009
NAB Show Floor Plans
Please refer to PDFs of each hall, the interactive floorplan
and to the target move-in schedule when choosing your 2009
exhibit space. Please note the significant changes in anchor
and partner booth space locations for 2009. Move-in dates
cannot be modified due to the large amount of freight for
the event.
